Thank you for visiting our Internet site. We would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight and enlighten the uninformed as to the circumstances and outcomes of Michael M. Monix' unfortunate mishaps. The purpose of this site is to shed some light on an up and coming social problem that is sweeping across America at an alarming rate: FALSE ALLEGATIONS and UNJUSTIFIED ARRESTS of the male species especially African Americans. The legal system has made it so easy to derail and destroy a person’s life by accepting such allegations without any proof. When an allegation is made law enforcement comes to your place of employment, home, or church and arrests you. Such arrest can take place in front of your children or in the middle of the night it does not matter.

We would like to share our story of how we survived such a devastating and bone chilling ordeal.
